Our Ordering Process
Every French Steel project is custom made. From the first conversation to final installation, our team works with you to make the process simple and straightforward.
How It Works
01 — Contact & Design
Start by telling us about your project. Share your dimensions, design preferences, and any specific requirements. Our team will help you explore product options and determine the right solution for your project.
02 — Quote & Approval
Once your project details are finalized, we’ll provide a quote with pricing, specifications, and estimated lead times. Quotes are typically sent within a few days of your initial contact. Once you approve the quote, your project moves into production.
03 — Fabrication & Quality Control
Your steel windows and doors are custom fabricated for your project. Throughout the fabrication process, each product is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our standards for quality, fit, and finish.
04 — Delivery & Installation
Once your products are ready, we’ll coordinate delivery to your project. Installation can be completed by The French Steel Company or your preferred contractor.
05 — Support
Our relationship doesn’t end when your products are installed. We’re available to answer questions and provide guidance on care, maintenance, and your French Steel products.
