The Dealer Process:
When requesting pricing for a project or more information about one of our products, a member of our sales team will reach out to you to gather all the necessary details we need to make sure we can provide you with exactly what you are looking for.
When you are selected to work with one of our authorized retailers, a sales member of their team will reach out to you with full knowledge of everything you have provided us with so far and be able to provide you with a quote for your products. This allows you to have someone local to rely on for any further questions as you continue to build out your design.

Upon contacting The French Steel Company, we’ll connect you with a dealer in your area that can best serve your needs. Of course, you can always view the quality of our commercial and residential work in our gallery, but you’ll be able to see the French Steel difference in person for yourself. This process will help you through the design phase, advise you of your options, and help you step-by-step through all parts of the design, ordering, and installation process.
Once you’ve decided on French Steel, simply reach out to us. We’ll ask you for some dimensions, a photo of the area of the doors and/or windows you want, or a copy of the plans if it’s a new home or commercial property. From there, we will:
1. Prepare a Quote for the Windows and Doors Selected
2. Draw up plans for your doors and window in a CAD file.
3. Send a professional to ensure all dimensions are correct.
From there, your elegant French Steel windows and doors will begin fabrication. Upon completion, one of our master installers will ensure they are installed problem free. We’ll dispose of your old windows and doors, leaving you to enjoy the refined good looks of your new windows and doors, the comfort from their fully insulated thermally broken nature, and the peace of mind the security and durability of steel gives homeowners.
